1. Seller Identity

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of NarratiX software. The seller is:

2. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using NarratiX software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Software.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have additional rights under EU consumer law which are described in these Terms and cannot be waived.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on up to three (3) personal devices. This license is for your personal or commercial use in creating video content.

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Software or your license key with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Software for any illegal purpose
• Share your license key publicly or with unauthorised users

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all videos and content you create using the Software. We claim no rights over your generated content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights (including copyright in background videos and music you choose to use).

5. Third-Party Services & Affiliate Disclosure

The Software integrates with ElevenLabs for AI voice generation. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining your own ElevenLabs API key and account
• Complying with ElevenLabs' terms of service and usage policies
• Ensuring your ElevenLabs plan includes commercial rights for any monetised content
• Any costs associated with your ElevenLabs API usage

Affiliate disclosure: Our website contains affiliate links to ElevenLabs. If you purchase an ElevenLabs plan via our link, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

6. Payment and Pricing

All purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. Prices displayed are in USD. If you are located in the EU, applicable VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country of residence and applicable tax rules. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases; your existing license remains valid regardless of price changes.

7. Refunds

All sales of digital software are generally final. We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of genuine technical failure. See our Refund Policy for full details and how to submit a request.

8. Support

We provide email-based support for setup assistance and technical issues at support@narratix.app. Support is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable EU law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law.

11. License Termination

We may terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms (e.g., redistribute the Software or share your license key). Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software. Termination does not affect any rights you have as an EU consumer.

12. Updates

We may release updates to the Software at our discretion. Minor updates and bug fixes will be provided free of charge to all license holders. Major version upgrades may be sold separately.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. If you are an EU consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, which cannot be overridden by this choice of law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For existing customers, material changes will be communicated by email where possible.
