Refund Policy

Digital Product — No Refunds

NarratiX is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase as a downloadable desktop application with a personal license key. Because the product is delivered and accessible instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are offered.

EU Right of Withdrawal — Waiver

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(m), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, where the consumer has given prior explicit consent to begin performance and has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Before completing your purchase, you are asked to explicitly confirm that:

  • You request immediate access to the digital content
  • You acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download and license key are provided

This consent is obtained via a mandatory checkbox during checkout. By proceeding with payment after checking this box, you agree that the withdrawal period expires upon delivery of the product.

Exceptions — Technical Issues

While all sales are final, we stand behind our product. If you experience a genuine technical issue that makes the software completely unusable on your system, and our support team is unable to resolve it after reasonable efforts, we may offer a resolution at our sole discretion. This does not constitute a general refund policy.

To report a technical issue:

  1. Email support@narratix.app with the subject "Technical Issue"
  2. Include your purchase email, license key, operating system, and a description of the issue
  3. Include any error messages or screenshots
  4. We will respond within 2 business days

What Does Not Qualify

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Not reading the product description or system requirements before purchasing
  • Failure to set up required dependencies (Python, Node.js, FFmpeg) without contacting support
  • Sharing, redistributing, or reselling your license key
  • Dissatisfaction with the ElevenLabs API (a third-party service not provided by NarratiX)

We encourage you to review the product page, system requirements, and demo videos carefully before purchasing. For pre-purchase questions, email support@narratix.app.

License Deactivation

In the rare event that a resolution involves a refund, your license key will be immediately deactivated and you must delete all copies of the software from your devices.

EU Online Dispute Resolution

If you are an EU consumer and are not satisfied with our response, you may submit a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
